Our instructor’s knowledge and skill left us impressed. In fact, he even emailed us recipes that had additional dishes. Thanks to him, we can now make coconut sticky rice with mango at home for family celebrations, which everyone loves!

Fantastic trip through the market and then to Wooddy’s to cook. We were lucky to just be the two of us this day so a private lesson with 4 dishes which all came out great. Wooddy’s Thai Cooking Course includes four traditional dishes that are sure to please your palate: Mango Sticky Rice, Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Tom Yum Koong.

Pad Thai with Chicken is a classic Thai dish made with stir-fried rice noodles, egg, bean sprouts, green onion, and ground peanuts. The vegetarians in our class used tofu instead of chicken for an equally delicious meal.

Green Curry is also cooked using fresh ingredients like coconut milk, red bell pepper, bamboo shoots, and basil leaves.

Tom Yum Koong is a spicy-sour soup with shrimp, lemongrass, and mushrooms.

We also cooked Mango Sticky Rice, a traditional Thai dessert made with sweet mangoes, sticky rice, and coconut milk. It was super delicious and we all had seconds!
